You can't control your emotions but you CAN control your reactions to them. There will be times when people will test the shit out of you but most of the time it's best that you don't act off of impulse and emotion because it could ruin a revenge that could be sweeter with silence.
An emotional response to anything is the biggest barrier to pay back. It's a mistake that will cost alot more that any short-lived happiness from cursing someone the fuck out. You never wanna let someone know you're upset because that gives them time to prepare for what could be coming. The reason why acting off emotion is so dangerous is because if you can't see a situation clearly then you can't solve it with any sense of control, especially if you're angry.
Anger is one of the most lethel of all the emotional responses because it clouds your vision the most. Not to mention, the word ANGER is one letter short of DANGER. Take it from me, if your looking to get back at someone who has hurt you, its far better to kill em with success or kill em two years later when he's completely forgot about what happened.
